Instructions: A charade is a riddle that requires you to guess each syllable of a word. "My first" refers to the first syllable. "My second" refers to the second syllable (and so on with "my third, fourth, etc."). "My whole" refers to the entire word.

Find the correct charade in the book using the answer from Catherine's literary trivia game. Then type your answer in the box at the bottom of the page. If you need them, there are hints below the book to help!
There is a picture in the book that provides a clue to the first syllable.

The second syllable is an object used to imprison someone.
"Effect her release?" That sounds deadly! I wonder if there is something in the library that will give us a clue.
